Stating your case.

The most effective way to help restore proper trains on the Portsmouth mainline is to write to your MP.

Start the letter, quoting your home address and postcode, with “Please ask the Secretary of State for Transport what action he is taking to restore an adequate Portsmouth train service….” Then explain in your own words what you think about the service.

It would be easy to give you a standard letter but MPs do not respond well to countless similar messages. By writing individually in different ways about the blue trains we are much more likely to raise the profile of the topic with the MPs.
